Fairy frame.

The one with the fairy like wings. It's sometimes hard to tell what's frame specific and what's a Syandanas. I see a Tenno generated Syandanas that might match, and a frame that might have similar by default. Is it a Syandanas, or a frame, or both?

That's Titania, she has little wings on her lower back. There is a tennogen syandana that look more like traditional wings.

The Syandana you're likely seeing is the Sari Syandana, a tennogen syandana.
