Worst way to fail a mission?

We've been to wave 86 at outer terminus as ambulas came in. 

As usual ambulas falls dead from its dropship as suddenly one of us fell over dead. During revive an other mate fell over dead hit by a lvl 480 corpus crewman. All went from the cryopod to help.

Me: Dont leave the pod alone(lmao)

Frost: Boubble at 41%. Should be safe

A splitsecond later. Octavias Mallad went of. Boubble collapsed. Mission lost.

260 Ambulas Nav thingies, 1 ton endo, 150k credits, countless relics and 2h gameplay.....  all gone

Sortie 3 defense mission... Eximus stronghold.

My Nyx being a walking tank defending the idiot as he walks towards any group coming.

My team instantly goes Hallway Warrior. Despite having 700+ energy the damage and energy leeches are steadily taking their toll. I ask for them to come help as I was almost out of energy.

No one comes.

My energy finally taps out, I go Down.

No one still comes.

Defense target dies, horridly.

Team whines at me for making Them fail.

To add insult to injury I was Trinity 

The silver lining was at least I could post something in this thread in the morning :)

I had an enemy get stuck under the map on that one, had to abort.
