Does anyone have any maps with reactor sabotage resource cache locations?

I am trying to farm 4 Nitain to build a warframe. I cannot seem to be on when the 4 nitain alerts come up. I keep trying to do the 3 resource caches in the reactor sabo missions but being new, I really cant keep up with established players who almost never read my chat request to find the 3 caches and just blow through the mission. I have tried to google it but was wondering if anyone had any maps of the 3 tier 1 missions with marks where to look for the cache is?

Getting nitain from those missions is pretty rare just as an fyi, I dont think any "maps" would exist since random generation, however  ive found videos on where to find red veil marks on some tilesets, try searching youtube, might be a video with someone showing each possible room they can be in.
