Pffffffft You said it, complaining wastes the time that could be used to get a couple of these things. downloading alert apps can help identify alert patterns and simply doing Ship Sabotage missions could help you get a lot of them, i used to mess with the ship sabotage missions for fun a long time ago then i found out that i had 61 Nitains still even after making Vauban Prime.
