How to cancel Reinstallation?

It started with the game wouldnt let me in it was stuck at the searching for updates so i did verify game cache and now its reinstalling is there any way for me to cancel it? the reinstallation.

If it's downloading files when you verify, it means stuff is missing or broken and needs to be downloaded again.

Sometimes it looks like it's downloading but it's actually just verifying.

All you can do is wait. If it's verifying, it needs to finish. If it's reinstalling, the game won't work if you stop it half way through.

No its like nothing was wrong and i got 35 kb per second here so it will take  alot of days isnt there any way to cancel reinstallation cause it verified then it started to reinstall but all files are in its folder

I had the same problem. The version from the steam server are outdated and it verifies the installed cache comparing the updated and the outdated, and will always start to download the whole outdated version, then start to update again. Good Luck!
