Weapon Concept - Spear and offensive shield

This would be a unique weapon class, entirely separate from the "Sword and Shield" melee class. 

Statistics: 

Spoiler

Attack Speed: 0.833 

Channeling Cost: 5

Channeling Damage: 1.5x

Critical Chance: 17.5% 

Critical Multiplier: 2.5x 

Leap Attack: 125.0

Spin Attack: 95.0 (Guaranteed Blast/knockdown)

Status: 15% 

Wall Attack: 300.0 (Who even uses them anymore? They're literally pointless.)

Impact: 2.5

Puncture: 32.5

Slash: 15.0

It'd also be nice if they stances had guaranteed bleeds in there. Not the first two like the Destreza, but deeper in and included in all of them.

Special Characteristics: 

You can throw the spear and thus use the shield as your main form of attack while your spear is away. The throw is pinpoint accurate, and can crit(making it effective to headshot something with it). I'm not sure if I'd like the shield spiked(puncture), or edged(slash). I can start with what it should never be, and that is impact main. That would be useless. 

You throw the weapon via charged attack. Like a speargun, it will return to you after x amount of time whilst not being picked up. You can walk to collect it. However, there is also the option of pressing the channel button to reel in the Spear with an Ripline-like energy cord. Any enemy attached to the spear would thus be pulled towards you, slowly. Not ragdolled, but rather Scorpion/Ancient grappled. This would consume energy, though. Channeling efficiency dependent.

Did you watch the last devstream? Maybe your concept will be easier to implement in the future. DE said they have a idea to change sword and shield to work like the new dual wielding system. Maybe separating shields from main weapons. If this happens, splitting your concept in two different weapons and having synergy between the two will work.

DE could add both the spiked and the edged shield and a new type for melee (spears). It would be easier to implement and you can evolve both concepts separatedly
