typo in the updates details of the latest update

There is a couple of typos in the build notes update details on loading the latest version

1. In changes - Quests replayed - it states that will not receive the them again by "replying" the quest

2. In fixes - 5 repeated lines - from "the war within progression stopping issue that was caused by missing transmissions"
