Terrible loading yet amazing performance

Some reason I am getting impeccable frame rate, etc. and always below 50% on RAM, barely any % from network utilization(144 Mbps Wireless) while playing warframe (with 3 chrome tabs open). Oddly enough my mission loads as host take anywhere from 30 sec to 3 min. even though progress bar is full soon after load screen appears. Not only the long loads, but any longer than 1 min have a 75% guaranteed chance to drop party members.

Using in game fps display it gives me barely  under 50 fps, 30ms and 800MB(RAM).  Also my in game settings, graphics and such are at the lowest settings for most of them.

What do I need to do to host missions?

This is likely your hard drive being slow. Hard drive struggle a lot with small reads, even more with random small read.

Hadn't thought of that, but testing it just now showed the activity to be in the 1 MB/sec range for only the first few seconds of the load where the progress bar was filling. Once it filled, my disk activity was back down in the 100KB/sec range until the load finished about a minute later.

I have found a solution to this problem.

I was able to load normally after I turned off Multi-threaded Rendering and Launcher GPU Acceleration in the download window settings.
