New and full of questions!

Greetings!
I haven't played this game for a long time now,
and decided to come back starting up with a fresh character.
In other words; the game is technically new to me, which raises a few questions.

1. Max Lv.?

2. Which server is the most popular/populated today?

3. How would you define a Top.3 DPS class list?

4. Are all classes needed for todays dungeons/raids/pvp?

5. Are there Achievements in this game?
(If so, is there a Total Progress bar showing, and are all achievements that are counted within it obtainable if you start today?, or are there old ones that are unavailable due to being tied to old one-time events or somthing?)

6. Is it possible to see every available quest? from a list, or map or somthing.
(or do you have to scan the map manually?)

7. Will quests always be available for you until you finish them?, etc, finish a Lv.1 Quest @ Lv.50
(or will they disappear if you reach a certain gap between it's level and your character level?)

8. Is it possible to reset skills/stats?

9. Is there some kind of membership with a monthly fee, that unlocks all the features of the game?

1. Still master rank 30.

2. There aren't any servers. You play on PC, Steam PC, PS4, or Xbone.

3. That's usually based on 100% opinions, as every warframe and weapon is viable. Youtube is flooded with such videoes, and so are these forums.

4. Some warframes and weapons are better suited than others. It all depends if you're a min/max player or not.

5. You can find the list under ( for PC ) "ESC" -> Profile -> Challenges.

7. As far as I know, yes. Using your star chart, you'll see icons at the top right. The one that looks like a "X" , will list all the quests you have currently until completed. Then, you can look them up in your ship's codex : http://warframe.wikia.com/wiki/Codex

8. When you hit MR 30 with a warframe, weapon, sentinel, or pet, you can use one forma to change a slot's polarity. Once this is done, the item with reset to "unranked" and you have to level it again : http://warframe.wikia.com/wiki/Forma

9. Nope. The game is free, though you can buy warframes/weapons/etc through the market with platinum. You are given 50 plat when you create your account, and can purchase more with cash through the warframe website, Steam, or console.

Hav'nt seen anyone over MR23 yet but RM30 is listed

No servers as such but you can change region - this may mess with your ping badly

no classes as such, but some frames are definitely better at killing/surviving/utility

all frames are useable, the meta is always moving tho so having a few on hand and understanding the builds and synergy is more important

Steam tracks them and you can see them via your profile

the map tool bar shows alerts, and al that kind of stuff.

7. Will quests always be available for you until you finish them?, etc, finish a Lv.1 Quest @ Lv.50

most of them have prerequisites to unlock, but you will be able to do pretty much all of them by MR8 if you move through the chart.

Kinda, forma is about the only thing that re-sets anything

Nope, and if your are lucky/patient you will never have to spend real money to play, but real money can speed things up a bit.

The only adjustment to be made to DimLamp's reply is that there is no difference between "PC" and "Steam PC" in terms of connectivity - players using Steam connect with standalone players and vica versa. Using steam simply unlocks the ability to use Steam Wallet for purchases and TennoGen skins in the market.

Max currently Achieved is Mastery Rank 24.

Probably NA Region. Hard to say, no population charts per region.

I would separate the ranks into Group and Solo respectively. Some frames like Banshee can boost team DPS by a sheer stupid amount while others can improve only themselves by a large margin.

Nothing is requires exactly. Some frames make certain missions easier.

Yes but they don't give anything. Both in-game and on Steam.

Not in-game. Most of the quests function as a story chain. You can find all quests in the Wiki however.

Yes and you can repeat most of them for flavor even after you've finished them.

That's not really how this game works. You specialize your Frame / Weapons using Forma and there's no limit to how many you can put into something, only the availbale slots. So if you make a mistake you overwrite it with a new Forma.

Nope, F2P model only.

That's true. Steam PC and PC are both considered a PC connection/platform.

However, Steam PC has its own parameters and counts as its own separate program. If you download straight from the main Warframe website, then log into Steam, it will download the game again if it's not found in your library. This will lead to two complete games of Warframe in your computer, which will cause program conflictions ( been there, done that ) .

Just a heads up.
