i have question about tennocon

1-if you don't have a ticket can you still do the baro event where he have ALL of his item listed in his inventory and will they give all the player something? 

2-if you have the ticket but you can't go can you still do the in game event for the tennocon?

1. No, you need at least the Digital Ticket to have access to Baro that time. 

2. No, you have to be present at the venue to receive your codes.

As a correction to the above post. Only with the Digital Ticket will you receive those bonuses and have access to Baro while at home. The other 3 have mandatory attendance at the venue because it is there where you`ll receive the codes for the bonuses.

The only thing all players get is to watch the 1 hour livestream.  Anything else you have to pay for.

as a correction to your post, ALL TICKET holders get access to the exclusive Baro, he will be active for possibly 72 hours according to Rebecca on Dev Stream, so any ticket will have access to Baro whether it be Digital, Full Day, Collectors, VIP or Legendary and it's available whether you show up or not as when you buy your ticket you do so the same way as you would a Digital ticket "Online" while logged in to your Warframe account, not showing up would just mean you won't get any of the other exclusives in your package that are given out at entry.

 

Simply put think of the ticket packs as Tiers, buying the next Tier means you get the belongings to that Tier and the ones before it and all include the digital pack.
