zeckenwilli
I just noticed several times that host migrations occures while in conclave missions .. why this can happen while connected to a server ? If its a staic server then i provide to fix it... static servers didn´t do such actions... and if all have stable connections it should not happened also.. pls check it out whats the reason DE .. its annoying much in gameplay.. thx for reactions ;)
Fugana
Cus they cost money + they need to clean them often which means no warframe aces for the time they clean the servers (1-3 hours even more) + p2p is much easy and cheap and it works for 4+ years :)
Witchydragon
You will unfortunately still connect to client hosted matches or experience host migrations for the following reasons: Players who start public matches in a squad host off the squad leader, rather than on a dedicated server, even if one is available. This happens a lot, and needs to be addressed. Not every region has dedicated servers. This is because the servers are hosted by players, and in Asia for example, no one seems to be hosting a dedicated server. Meanwhile in EU and North America, there are more than enough servers to go around. Servers can still crash, be powered off, or just lose connection. This is rare, but it happens. You can tell if you are in a dedicated server by checking if there is a motd-type chat message whenever a match starts or you connect to the server. Phasedragon
Also if you know anybody who hosts a dedicated server, tell them to turn it off by pressing Q on the server window. It "gracefully" shuts it down, waiting for either the end of a match or when nobody is in it, instead of just booting everybody off into a host migration forcefully.
