I can't buy the digital pass for tennocon [solved]

I wanted to buy the digital pass for tennocon but i get this message "There's a problem with your payment info. Please try again."  and give 

XXXX-XXXXXX-XXXX as a template for my master card which is in fact this template XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.

Edit: I live in belgium.

Edit 2: maybe a problem with the bank, i'll try in the morning

Can somebody help or came across this problem?

Only real advice is to contact support. Not much the rest of us can do other then tell you whether or not some of us have the same issue.

did you put - or spaces in between the numbers? just run them all together

i had this issue. you need an international bank/credit card.

Turns out that adding funds to a prepaid mastercard at 2am doesn't really put them until later in the morning. Tried again then and it worked with no problem whatsoever.
