Hello fellow tenno(s), I need help with something because there is a bug in the game. I recently purchase a 30Day credit booster. I was finally happy when i bought a 30day booster but the next day was odd. During the next day I was stuck with a 30day resource chance booster. I am piss that this happen, Can anyone help me?

Support should be able to help with any purchase problems.

Just checking though, you didn't maybe simply get that Resource Chance Booster
as a Login reward / from a Rare Container and mis-read the duration or something?

The currently active Boosters etc cycle through in the upper right corner, is the Credit one actually gone?

The credits are completely gone, just stuck with the S#&$ty booster. Didn't get it from a login because my plat was gone.

And support won't refund my plat because it says " Once plat is use cannot be refunded" or something like that.
