Problem getting the right status damage on a weapon

So I recently acquired a soma prime and a soma riven mod that does fire damage and crit chance. I want my soma to do corrosive damage though with the high crit chance the riven gives me. No matter what I do though my gun will only make radiation or gas damage. I can't get the electric and toxin damage to team up to make corrosive.

Any advice?

switch the position of the mods. rad and gas are made because it's the first fire/riven mod is in line.

Toxin and electric need to be before fire.

As others have said, switch the mods around in the order. Put your Toxin/Electric in the line before you place in your dual stat riven.

Alternatively, put a cold mod in front of the other 2 to make it Blast/corrosive. Takes an extra mod slot, but it adds damage and some CC potential without really diminishing the proc weighting too much.

first 2 element alwayes have priority so if u put... corrosive first u will do corrosive and fire...
