Coaction Drift not affecting Growing Power

My clan Shattered Realm was testing max power strength builds today and decided to test Growing Power with Coaction Drift. However the bonus provided by Growing Power is not affected by Coaction Drift. We tested this on multiple frames, in the Simulacrum and in real missions.

For testing purposes I used Octavia's Amp and Rhino's Roar as they display their strength on screen. Not in the video but I redid the following tests with an unmodded Pandero to confirm that it is not just a display bug. Both builds are running 180% power strength before Growing Power. With Octavia we see her 360% buff become a 410% buff, but it does not increase with Coaction Drift. With Rhino we see a 90% buff and then a 103% buff (102.5% rounded) but it also does not increase with Coaction Drift.
