Help me Mandachord

Ive been trying to find the right sounds so i can make some heavy metal songs of my own. Yet i cant seem to find a good combination of sounds that give that nice cymbal sound and that full rich double bass drum. Not to mention druk and now plogg dont have the best melody sounds for metal.

 

Has anyone been able to work around this and create a metal sound for their mandachord?

I don't think that any of the mandachord instrument sets that are available, are exactly suitable for metal music, specifically the melody part.

yes ive perused this thread and yet it still doesnt quite help with creating sounds just imitating old ones
