Harrow Update Problem

Hi to all Warframe players,

Ever since the Harrow update, my game screen freezes at random moments but the game continues in the background. So I have no choice but to exit out of the App. If there is a fix, please share. I have tried all other methods from past posts. My controls freeze when I began to navigate through the quick select.

It has affected many players especially those with low end pc like me. I feared DE will not be addressing or fixing this issue as the game is slowly(and stealthy) moving towards more graphic-heavy mode. If this is not solved, I felt that DE should at least announce if officially that they're forsaking low end pc or perhaps winxp too.
