New Object Codex Entry or a bug?

I was looking around for things to do in Warframe, like the Codex Entries, I then saw that there was this new Codex Entry that looks similar to the Grineer Rare/Reinforced Caches but isn't. Since the codex is sorted by name, and the entry is in the 'F' section. What do you think it is?

It is a new type of rare Grineer container bound to the Earth tileset.
From the information Update 21 notes have offered, we are to expect new Captura rooms from it as well.

Found 1 in the Law of Retribution trial today, and another in the Nightmare Law of Retribution trial.  They're the first ones that I've scanned.

Yea, I figured since that is how I got the other Grineer Crate Scans.
