Has anyone else noticed that the miter is busted this patch?

It seems like headshots 90% of the time dont register at all, and body shots damage seem to register around 60%, and wont do elemental procs,. When I shoot at the legs procs and damage registers as normal. 

Has anyone else noticed this? it seems to be new to this patch. I hope that its a glitch.

Seems like it might also effect the Scourge, Javlok, and Opticor as well.

It's not just the Miter.

My Javlok doesn't register direct hits. Splash damage seems fine though.

Secura Lecta doesn't damage nullifier bubbles.

And I haven't tested this myself, but I've seen people say the Opticor is buggy too.

Noticed this too. I mean, I can still get headshots, I just... need to aim for a different head.
