Synthesis Scanning Bug?

I can't seem to be able to perform Synthesis scans.  I can hold the scanner over the mark for 30 seconds or longer but the scan just doesn't go off.  It seems everyone that's with me in missions encounters the same problem.  Has anyone else noticed this?  Does anyone know of a workaround?

I had the same problem, couldnt scan it no mader what i try'ed. And i had simaris scanner and so did my squad mates

Same problem here, tried alone or public game, new or old quest, doesn't work. Trapped or not. (btw i tried with loki and trinity, though the invisibility could make the bug, but no)

It appeared recently, maybe because of the last correcting yesterday.

Can confirm that Synthesis is definitely  not working , at least for me right now.

Well, I'm glad it's not just me.  Any news on if this bug is still on-going?

Yes is still happening, it just happened to me.
