Questions for Hate Riven

So it has been confirmed that Chains of Harrow will be releasing on xbox one on the 24th of this month and with it comes Melee Riven mods.

One of my favorite weapon types are scythes and one of my favorite Scythes is the Hate, which is dropped by the Stalker. So I have a few questions I wanted to ask and they are as follows:

• What is a good price to spend when trying to buy a melee riven?
• What is a good price to offer for a Hate Riven?
• What stats should I look for when rolling my Hate Riven (Crit chance might be good but so would be Crit damage and base damage)?
• What stats would be okay to have a negative of on my Hate Riven?

Hate would probably go for really cheap since literally 90% of people dislike the weapon. 

The stats are entirely up to you depending on what build you wanna go for.
