Sahasa Dig

I was reading the wiki and saw "Dig cannot be cast in the same place twice." This would suggest dig can only be used a finite amount of times in one map? 

Or can it dig in the same place after being brought to a new place at least once? 

 

For a more clear question, say I'm in an interception mission. 

I'm at flag A, and the Kubrow digs. Flag A only has a 20m diameter. 

I move to Flag B, and the Kubrow digs, also only a 20m diameter. 

I go back to Flag A, will Kubrow be able to dig again, or will the Kubrow thus be useless?

No, the 30m listed in Wiki is not range but the distance Sahara must travel, no matter how, even in circles around u, to Dig again, so when she stay at the same place she will not Dig, tested in "Spawning room".
