Euphona prime and some doubts

It is pretty simple what I have to ask. Where can I drop the parts for the Euphona prime?

I made a run on a survival void rift and end up choosing theblueprint of this weapon as one of the rewards, but even tough I looked at the wiki, I couldn't find where the parts drop. Are they even available on relics?

It's right on the wiki.  Click Expand in "Drop Locations", right under manufacturing requirements.
