More Chat Box issues

Since harrow - aside from the annoying overlay that is chat that obstructs the arsenal/foundry etc there is another annoying bug that occurred in the past but has definitely increased in frequency since Harrow.

When you are in a mission, and somebody joins, it pops "xyz has joined squad" in the chat box. It frequently also dims the primary screen.  The issue is that often the screen REMAINS dimmed after the chat box disappears.  And the result is a very dark gameplay experience.

It remains dimmed regardless of bringing up menu/chat box/navigation/ remains dimmed even after mission competed and returned to ship. remains dimmed when you then go into a mission.

occasionally if you get ANOTHER message in the window it will re-brighten the screen, but even then it often wont stay bright.

The only fix is to restart the game.
