He probably just farmed 'em in endless defense. Anyways.. Beta testers received rank 10 rare mods. (Not completely sure about that though) Check the U7, that's when it happened. /edit/ Oh right, I forgot my basic picture. Plus, when the new mod system came out (the one we use now) all the old mods were turned into rare cores. So they have rank 10 cores and rare 10 cores. What is it? in my opinion ill just stop at 105 because after that the bang you get per buck decreases alot and the fusion cost becomes rather.....epic.
