Foundry claiming and slot purchasing

I noticed this when trying to claim a completed weapon from the foundry. Item was completed, and I was out of free slots. As you can see in the image, it's telling me the item weapon needs to be rushed as well as the weapon slots bought.

So, I'm assuming it's somehow getting confused between the two items being built? I think this has also happened a day or two ago, when claiming items and not having enough slots, and I wasn't paying enough attention, I probably threw away some platinum to this bug - not sure.
