interesting interaction between stalker(and possibly others) dispel and scarab swarm

okay, as much as i hate to do this, since inaros is one of my favorite frames.....but......

there's a possible.....bug? with scarab swarm when anything that can dispel appears(stalker, zenuka, etc.....) if you have scarab swarm charged, but don't infect an enemy with it while stalker is chasing you, he won't dispel the armour buff.

in fact,

 

im not sure the armour granted by a POWER is even triggering the check for dispel to activate. i've had this happen each time i've faced him as inaros.

again, i hate to point this out, but if its a bug.....then it kinda needs to be pointed out....right?
