How and where do I get the Steel Charge mod?

how do u get the steel charge mod? I need the mod for valkyr since i melee alot and i need to build the eternal war build. Well i have everything but the steel charge. I searched up the whole youtube but there was none except for gameplays of them getting the mod and they don't even say where to get it. Pls help!!

Steel Charge drops via Alerts - http://warframe.wikia.com/wiki/Steel_Charge

Or you can trade for it in game.  If you want, I have a spare.  Add me in game and I'll give you one.

Steel Charge like most Aura Mods, are Alert-Only Drops. 

You'll have to catch it on alert, or get it via trading.
