Clan cannot join alliance

My clan "The Breakfast Alliance" for whatever reason cannot join any other clan alliance nor is there any option for my clan to "view alliance" when we recieve an invite from another alliance. Also, whenever an invite is sent from a clan alliance for my clan to join I, as the warlord of the clan, do not recieve any notification in my in-game inbox from the players that sent my clan an invitation to join. This is despite the fact that whomever sent the invitation claims that an invite is pending to my clan.

If any person from DE is reading this please address this issue. For whatever reason this is affecting my clan and no other clan that I've come across. Please help me.
