Legion-Shields
i5-6300HQ @ 2.30 GHz GTX 965M 8 GB of RAM max settings while hooked up to a 1920 x 1080 144hz monitor, running in native resolution. I don't keep the fps counter on, but I've been using this monitor long enough to know when my game drops below ~80 fps, and the only time that happens is while loading up the Plains from Cetus. I get the exact same thing in the normal loading screen though, so I don't think it's a big deal.
BUAHAHAHAHA
My craptop: core 2 duo 2.53ghz, 6gb ram, 256mb graphic card. Runs pretty well solo (30-40fps) and with team (20-30fps) but... it freezes from time to time solo, with team its just a slideshow if something is happening. Fetus runs like S#&$ tho. Omnimorph
Just as a heads-up to anyone playing on a potato looking into this thread, the Dynamic Resolution thing is amazing and will definitely gain you some fps and remove a lot of hitching. The pixellation-on-movement is hardly noticeable at all. I remember this neat trick now from a mod someone did for Skyrim ages ago. It's very clever, basically the game lowers the resolution when you whip the camera around. It really smooths things out.
