Ive shown several members of my clan and they dont know the problem and theres is working fine. I was also encountering this at first but after reading this thread, the word "Did not work" sparked some idea into mine and decided to go back to the game. I've got a hunch that this is what's causing the surging dash to "Not work" Check here: https://imgur.com/a/duvSL You need to allocate ample amounts of focus pool to open up the path to "Energizing Dash". Unlocking it and Opening the path to it is a different action. It's the RED LINES flowing in your focus tree. I just remembered that thing existed after reading this thread lol.
