Syndicates, negative to positive

Hello guys

 

I currently have negative standing with Arbiters of Hexis, but I want to make it positive in order to get the rewards from them

 

How can I go from having -6,604 rep to a positive value?

check if you have reached your daily syndacate standing cap, if the answer is no, then it could be a bug, because you should get it in every mission

start the initiation and equip the sigil gained from them. I think after you get to rank 2 you will be able to do missions and get medallions to boost it faster

I have their sigil equipped but I don't seem to be gaining any rep however, am I supposed to do a certain type of mission?

Ah, I missed that, yeah I hit my syndicate cap so I'll have to try getting it back up tomorrow
