In Game Video Recording: Suggestions

Question

I recently tried to record the game play of Warframe with FRAPS.

I did not work.

FRAPS was running, but somehow Warframes was blocking it.

I have used FRAPS for many other games without a problem.

Are Warframe developers blocking this?

Is it bc it is a Beta Version?

Any Suggestions before I go on my quest to find the Correct In Game Video Software?

Thanks

I sincerely didn't realize people were still trying to use Fraps...the more you know.

But as has been said, OBS is good at it, and Xsplit can do it as well (both usually used for Streaming, but they provide local recording as well).

I use MSI Afterburner. It didn't work when I had installed SweetFX, but after I removed that, it worked like a charm.

If you are on a 64-bit OS, be sure to untick the 64-bit mode in the launcher options as you won't be able to record in that mode.

Wow. Could have sworn I gave the same advise in my first response to this post.

I recommend trying to uncheck the 64 bit in the launcher if any recording software doesn't work.
