(XBOX)R3d P01nt Posted October 23, 2017 Share Posted October 23, 2017 You must distill a set before installing a new one or else you lose the previously installed set. This happens even though the game gives you a pop-up warning that says it will auto-distill the arcanes for you. DE is aware of this and have chosen to do nothing about it. I'm sorry this happened, but I don't think DE is interested in this problem. You can try contacting support. I hope they help. (Note: They really should do something to restore all the arcanes people have lost, because they have a pop-up warning that falsely tells you that you won't lose anything. It's misleading.)
