The quest requirement description for the quest "Saya's Vigil" is incorrect and will be fixed on succeeding updates. As for skipping the Vor's Prize Questline, unfortunately, skipped quests cannot be unlocked and played later. This, however, will not affect your progression with Saya's Quest as you will only need to do Konzu's bounty at least once to unlock the node and/or Saya's Vigil.
