Step 1:Leave the relay.

Step 2:Disable "Chains of Harrow".

Step 3:Re-enable the quest.

Step 4:Profit.

 

I was having this same inssue until a friend of mine told me to just disable and re-enable the quest and BAM! I finished the cutscene with Palladino.

「彼の集中無くては、私は祈るのみ····彼の答えを祈るのだけです。」セリフの後に画面が揺れる演出が入ってから次のセリフに進まない。

sadly i've already tried this.

tried switching to jordas precept, patient zero.... nothing. every time i do iron wake it sticks at the table.

in fact i just loaded up and double checked before posting this .... def doesn't work

its a camera bug or a script bug no doubt

Sadly not a solution, at least when using replay quest.

I tried that too. Didn't work for me.

Having this same issue, going to try the basic gamut of troubleshooting- restarting, picking a different mission and going back, etc. Hopefully they handle this soon!

The search function is what brought me to this here thread.

Also, it's been over a week. We are beyond patient. It's a main line quest that is broken, here. The one leading to the content that's been covered and advertised all over the internet.
