How to Create a Spoiler Box Without Turning Everything Into a Spoiler on a Mobile Phone

Question

Just as it says on the tin. I used to know how, but the knowledge has apparently escaped over the course of the last few months I've been away. I know the whole 

(Spoiler)

(Spoiler) 

approach on my phone, but I keep ending up hideing everything instead of createing a single spoiler box. Any forum wizards know the "hidden" technique?

I do do not believe there is a limit on how many spoiler boxes you can do, individually or inside each other.
