Clan Halls Vs Barracks

I'm currently redesigning my clan dojo, and I was wondering:

 

Since the barracks increase the maximum member size of a clan, what do the Clan Halls (Great Hall, Grand Hall, etc) do now? Do they only increase capacity?

Just capacity afaik.

Reactor - Increases maximum energy by 25.

Clan Hall - Increases maximum capacity by 100, increases maximum energy by 5 and creates a spawn point.

Great (ish, est, estest, estestest...w/e) Hall - Increases maximum capacity by 200 and creates a spawn point.

It seems Clan Hall also increases energy capacity by 5 now. I don't know if the other halls do the same.

Yes, both starting and additional give extra 5 energy. Thanks for the reminder, edited list above.
