operator looting + syndicate points

Hi not sure if this are bugs or intended but it seem bugged.

Just did a sedna hydron and looted about 30+ mods as operator to end up with just 1 mod after the mission. Same thing happend to my friend.

You allso dont get syndicate points as operator even if you add the syndciate sigil to the operator.
