Are Resource Drop Rates Rigged?

Anyone knows the current drop % of let's say.. Plastids, Neurodes, Control modules, but most importantly, Plastids?

 

It's just ridiculous that you barely get some of it, it must be rigged so that you buy from the store or something.

There is a percentage rate for every material.

 

Possibly on the warframe wiki but it could also be out of date by now.

FYI, it's not a rig if house didn't announce the constancy of rates.

last time I play..several run and no control module..now they are dropping like crazy for me .-. ....I assume is just..luck?

I have spent 2 days trying to get a control module with no success.  What location is dropping them since the event ended?

I got 2 durring the event and none since.

Me and other two friends have been having a hard time farming materials, all of them. A Tolstoj run used to give me 1.5~2.2K of Ferrite at least now i barely get passed the 200.

 

Went to farm Control Module with two of my friends, did 5 runs with each and only got 80~99 Ferrites from the boss in each run.

 

So in my opinion something is realy wrong. Maybe DE applied the failure penalties from the Sling event to some users by accident?

I agree.  It seems as if we are being treated like we failed the event.

This would be interesting if a bug did cause this. Not good, just interesting.
