Blade Storm not working?

Title.

I don't know if it's lag or what, but after finishing the PoE farms and hooking back to Conclave, Blade Storm doesn't work. It activates marking mode, it marks target draining all energy, and on release plays the casting animation, but then it just sort of cancels at that point, drians the energy and does jacksquat.

Anyone else having this issue?

Ah, the one time your complaints about Blade Storm are justified.
Here is a clip from Sky_ demonstrating this bug.
Note the "need more energy" alert appearing under the energy bar after the ability is activated.

22.6.0 patch notes say that Blade Storm is fixed.

I'm having the same issue here, no one wants to play ash because the ult isn't working, please fix this, ash is already an unappreciated conclave character and hes my favorite.  When using the ult it only marks characters and waste all of the energy. literally doing nothing. no teleportation . You just put a marker over there head until you die. the biggest waste of energy in all of conclave. heck your better off using seeking shuriken and that's nerfed so it does hardly any damage anyway, at this point any ash user might as well use an excalibur since they buffed the hell out of him for pvp. This needs to be fixed!
