Can exodias for a Zaw work on a normal weapon?

Can an operator Exodia work on a operator outfit that came out before PoE?

Exodias are Arcanes that only work on Zaws, so you can't apply them to other weapons.

There are no "Exodias" for operators, but there are Operator Arcanes. And yes, they can be applied to outfit from before PoE, but just the head and torso parts.

Also, I am only able use one operator arcane or can I put one on the Head and one on the body?

You cap put in total 2 Operator arcanes, one on the hat, the other on torso.

In addition you can put 1 on the Amp. Those are not the same as Operator arcanes.
