System to choose the Mod's Level instead of need many of the same mod with different levels

Well, I'm just wondering why we need to farm multiple of the same mod, and then, level them in different levels just to fit different builds and different frames?

We already need to use Formas to maximize de Frames slots that lock the frame to certain builds, it's to much unnecessarie work.

If when we insert a mod, we had a window asking what's the active level you want to use (if you already reached that level with this Mod), it would help a lot all the players.

Then there would be the complexity of having 8 mods on a frame with a max rank and can be used at any of the ranks from 0 to whatever the mod's maximum rank is. So on and so forth for 3 weapons and the sentinel/pet's mods.

Then, there is, essentially, an amount of Endo "needed" by any one player, providing a way to solve one leg of the current limits to ranking up a mod, thereby upsetting the economy.

In short: the game wasn't designed for it and it would not be anything short of a massive undertaking for little, if any, real help to players.
