Borrowing Amp ideas from weapons

So yeah, Amps. So far, we have three main and three secondary fire modes. I had a few ideas of fire modes we could borrow from already existing weapons.

Prism (primary fire)

  • continuous beam (Flux Rifle, Gammacor) - yes, Mote Amp does this, but I want that option for my selfmade amps, too
  • multiple "focusing" beams (Convectrix, Phage)

Scaffold (secondary fire)

  • shockwave (Fluctus)
  • floating projectiles (Quanta, Simulor)
  • scattershot (Drakgoon)

but I can see them waiting until the next landscape to add any more.

Going by their track record for "we're going to expand on this new cool thing", I certainly hope that will not be the case. Or we won't see any new amp parts until 2020.

Will personally enjoy operator-frame a little more if the operator use a hand-held weapon that runs on void energy and deals void damage. Not some beam coming out of operator' hand or watch-like weapon.
