Dojo Halls question

Hey c:, I currently am on an odyssey to eliminate our Greater and Grand hall, level 3 and 4 respectively. And keep our Great and Grandest Hall, level 2 and level 5. I'm assuming I can delete these without deleting the Grandest one since we don't have the very first Clan Hall built. But just to be sure I came here to ask so. Can it be done? Can I delete the previous and smaller halls and keep the biggest one? If so, how much capacity do I need to have?

Unfortunately, your going to have to delete 5, so you can delete 4 and 3. Since it has a stupid parent-child room construction thing. Where you need to keep the lower tier halls to build the higher ones. Basically, in order to keep hall 5, you need to keep all 4 and 3. 

Otherwise, when you go to destroy hall 4, it will signal in the map that you need to destroy other components first mainly hall 5 and any rooms build from hall 5.
