TheHeraldXII Posted July 31, 2013 Share Posted July 31, 2013 It specifically doesn't in order to allow the +duration effect to be gained from a different polarity source. There are 2 reasons for this, one is that - polarity frames which benefit from +duration now have a really good option availabe (think Ember) and secondly to avoid making double duration stacking a thing on 2xV frames. Not because that would be Op or anything, but because it doesn't really encourage much variety in 'frame modding. There should be more V mods for 'frames but not as rehashes of other mods.
