Gara's MV changes

I think DE should change Gara's 4's purpose. Instead of used to create a useless wall, just let it grant Splinter Storm to all allies, companions, operatives and objectives that get caught in its wave. It'll still CC enemies with the crystal effect and refresh any existing Splinter Storms. While they're at it, make it so that the crystal effect on the enemies does not make them immune to status procs so it doesn't interfere with Condition Overload weapons.

Make it so that shattered Spectrorage mirrors by enemies or with her Shatter Lash add damage stacks to Splinter Storm. Each shattered mirror adds a stack.

The original "OP" wall was never really that OP to begin with. On the plains, enemies always space dropped on the wrong side of it all the time.

You use it to stack splinter storm's shield (her 2nd ability's) damage. 
Takes only a couple loops to create a 200k dps shield, my friend. 

When MV is cast, anything on the outside nearly dies instantaneously - anything on the inside is subject to a damage multiplier, which is a death sentence if you brush past them with a 200k dps shield. And keep in mind, this is a 200k dps shield bolstering 90% dmg reduction as well. Should get on it.
