i have a question about Saryn and blocking mods

Hello, I have a question that does not let me sleep on the combination of blocking mods and the Saryns Toxic lash
im not shure about the translation i used google.

I did some research in forums and reach the conclusion that toxic lash gives 40% (base and is modified with power of ability) of damage reduction during the blockade but 
also affected by the weapon you have equipped; Nikana Prime gives 35% more damage blocking to give a total of 75% reduction ...
In my case my saryn build has an Intensify mod that gives 30% power of ability so the damage block of the ability would be 
40% x 130% to give a total of 52% reduced damage during ability plus 35% giving nikana prime to give 87% reduced damage during the blockade 
(I found that it can not be greater than 90% reduction so in my opinion another mod of power ability would be a waste for this build),
 i complete the build with Reflex Guard to the maximum to give 55% Auto-parry and Mod Reflection to the maximum that reflects 96% of the damage to the attacker wile
chaneling.

my question is:
reducing the damage during the block also reduces the damage reflected
or the damage is reflected before the reduction is applied?

If this Silva & Aegis mod is anything to go by. (slightly diffrent concept but still basically the same)

Then yes reducing the damage during the block also reduces the damage reflected.
