Forum Ignore List Note Feature

Being able to put a note next to someone you have on ignore would be helpful.

There are a handful of people on my list and when to the point where I can't remember why they're there, I take them off.  But there are some people that I'd like to put a note next to so that doesn't happen.  Either because they change their alias and I now have no idea who they are or why they're there, or they made a comment that has seriously and irrevocably tainted my opinion of them, and I'm better off never interacting with them. 

Nothing insane, just a little text box or customizable drop down menu that gives a brief reason for their presence on the ignore list.
