100% disk usage, incredibly slow load times

Last night Warframe ran great, but when I went to play today I found that the game was very insistent I not play it: first it took forever checking for updates, then it took forever loading the game itself, then it loaded to a black screen, then when I logged in it took forever to do something so basic as loading up a loadout.

It turns out that the usage of my disk Warframe is installed in is being maxed out by System when I try to play (it apparently finds a couple files in the Warframe cache to be very interesting), so Warframe doesn't get any time to play.

What happened? I don't believe there was an update today, so Windows literally decided overnight to hate Warframe.

This has been happening for me to.

Specifically in loading screens after leaving Cetus, it comes to a halt, black screens my system and I have to Task manager it to close, happened 2 times in the last 2 days, same issue as you, max disk usage.
